Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the return label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

After our team inspects your return for quality assurance, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
